some exciting news

Okay, so I have some really exciting news to share! Remember when I told you about my favorite travel magazine, AFAR ? If so, then you probably also remember the tid-bit about me being a local expert for Puerto Rico? Okay, if you don't remember, read this post. Now that you're caught up, I have exciting news! 

Guess who will be featured in their upcoming issue discussing local experts, with an interview, bio and one of my photos??? Yes. It's me. I'm stoked! 

I had a wonderful chat yesterday with one of their editors, who asked me some great questions about what brought me to Puerto Rico, what do I love most, what are some of my favorite local things, etc. I was delighted to share and thrilled that answering questions about why I love this island came so easily to me! It's a no brainer, really.

Evan and I do a lot of traveling around the island. In fact, some of our colleagues mentioned that we've seen parts of the island that they've never seen in their entire lives. That's pretty cool!! If you're interested in life on the island, I write about it here on my personal blog.
